# The small print, in plain language.

## A measurement service.

NevoScan™ measures brain change over time against your own earlier scans and reports it with its margin of error. It is not a medical test and makes no claim to diagnose, screen or predict.

## Your data.

This notice covers this website and the NevoScan™ waitlist. Scan data will be covered by a separate notice before first visits.

### Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is FP Instruments sp. z o.o., ul. Bojkowska 37A, Gliwice, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000356201. You can reach us at [contact@nevolution.nz](mailto:contact@nevolution.nz).

### What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your email address, your first name, where you would scan, and your answers to the two optional questions. If you write to us: your email address and your message. When you browse this site: technical data such as your IP address and, if you accept analytics cookies, how you use the site.

### Why, and on what legal basis

- To tell you about NevoScan™ (scan dates, pricing and the scan-rescan results), and to learn from your optional answers who is interested: on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
- To reply when you write to us: on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To run this website securely: on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

### Who else receives it

HubSpot hosts this website and stores waitlist data on our behalf. Where HubSpot processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Fonts load from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), which receives your IP address. We do not sell your data.

### How long we keep it

Waitlist data: until you leave the waitlist, and no longer than 12 months after first-cohort places are offered. Correspondence: for as long as needed to answer you, and up to 12 months afterwards.

### Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and for a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing before it. Write to [contact@nevolution.nz](mailto:contact@nevolution.nz). You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

### Do you have to give us your data?

No. Your email address is needed to join the waitlist; everything else is optional. We make no automated decisions about you.
